A Look Around My Studio....

So how is everyone doing?
I thought I'd share my little ole studio with you...I've been cleaning it up a bit to get ready to do some other artwork..... Sometimes you just gotta clean up before you start again--


Here's my room as you enter---my drawing board where the "magic" begins---hahahahaaaa!!!  Ok, ok so that's a bit deep! :)    
Usually I open the blinds and have a wonderful view of outside.

I know,  you are thinking "can she keep any more paint on that table??"  I do have more paint behind my door in a canvas holder.   I could actually use another one of these for the front of the door-what do you think?

I have plastic rolling bins that hold wood surfaces to paint, mixed media papers, and stamps of all kinds.  I am determined to try my hand at some mixed media  & altered art collage canvases this year!  Yes, I know there are still some gourds waiting for me to paint--but I have to wait for them to "speak" to me-if you know what I mean.  I may paint some Autumn themes on them--who knows!?  Time will tell!
(LOL I just saw the toy duck my sweet dog left in the picture!)

The chest of drawers was given to me by a neighbor a long time ago--it is filled with ribbons, glue sticks, sponge brushes, stencils, beads--etc...you name it-I probably have got it!  Here's a pic of some of the stuff in the chest of drawers....

Look at that giant canvas waiting for me to paint it!  Woo hoo! I can hardly wait!

I love Art books--I have all kinds!

So I AM brave enough to show you my closet--at least this half  LOL!  It contains lots of wood surfaces and what nots....did you see my doodle chair there???  I'm thinking I'm gonna try my hand at some more furniture as well this year!
